Office of Principal Controller of Communication Accounts, Delhi, will hold a Pension Adalat on 6th of next month in New Delhi for the resolution of grievances of the pensioners. 

 

The pensioners include the Department of Telecommunications, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) units of Delhi circle, whose pension cases relate to issue of PPO, maintenance of service books, disbursement of pension, etc. 

 

The Ministry noted that matters related to court cases will not be entertained in the Pension Adalat and only registered grievances will be entertained.

 

For settlement of grievances, pensioners may register before the 20th of this month through e-mail at cca.dl-dot[at]nic[dot]in and by calling at toll-free number  1 8 0 0 1 1 8 1 1 9 and via post at the postal address at Sanchar Lekha Bhawan.
