Northern Railway has announced temporary changes in train operations from today until Sunday, citing operational requirements. The changes will affect several services across major suburban corridors and long-distance routes.
These include cancellations, route diversions, short-originations, short-terminations, regulation of services, terminal changes and rescheduling of trains.
In the Delhi-NCR region, several EMU and MEMU services connecting key stations, including New Delhi, Ghaziabad, Palwal, Shakurbasti and Delhi Junction, will be affected by the changes.
Railway authorities have advised passengers to check the latest status of their train before starting their journey. Passengers can use the National Train Enquiry System (NTES) or call the railway helpline 139 for updated information.
