A large number of devotees and pilgrims from across the country and abroad are gathering at the Mata Tripureswari Temple in Udaipur on the occasion of the ‘Diwali Festival-2026’.

To ensure convenient, safe and hassle-free transportation for pilgrims, the Northeast Frontier Railway has introduced two special train services on the Agartala-Sabroom-Agartala and Agartala-Dharmanagar-Agartala routes. Welcoming the initiative, Tripura Transport Minister Sushanta Chowdhury said the special train services would greatly benefit devotees visiting the Tripura Sundari Temple.
