National Seminar on Legacy of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji Held in Navi Mumbai

A national seminar was organised in Navi Mumbai today to mark the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. Maharashtra Governor Jishnu Dev Varma, while speaking at the inauguration, described Maharashtra and Punjab as ‘twin states’, united by shared values, ideals and courage.

 

Highlighting the unique cultural bond between the two states, the Governor said, Takht Sri Hazur Sahib in Nanded stands as a testament to the deep cultural and spiritual ties between Maharashtra and Punjab. The seminar was titled ‘The Legacy of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’. Union Minister of Culture Gajendra Singh Shekhawat also addressed the gathering through a video message.
