Export consignments from seven exporters were sent to United Kingdom from Nhava Sheva Port near Mumbai. These consignments are from chemicals, pharmaceuticals, plastics, food products, enzymes, and spices sectors and exported under India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. Director General of Foreign Trade Regional Authority Mumbai organised the India-UK CETA Flag-off Ceremony. It also provided an opportunity to create awareness among exporters regarding the procedural requirements for availing preferential benefits under the Agreement, including compliance with Rules of Origin and documentation requirements.
