38 people were rescued after a ferry developed an engine problem in the Arabian Sea, off Mumbai’s Gateway of India, last night. The ferry, carrying 34 passengers and four crew members, was returning from a sea excursion when it broke down around 8:30 p.m., about one-and-a-half nautical miles from the coast.
