The five-day Monsoon Session of the Bihar Legislature begins today. The session will continue until the 24th of July and will comprise a total of five sittings.

 

Akashvani’s correspondent reports that the government is expected to present the Supplementary Budget along with several important legislative and financial proposals during the session. A total of thirteen Bills, including the Bihar Urban Development Bill, are scheduled to be introduced in the House.
