The External Affairs Ministry, MEA, today said reports of the death of Indian sailors on the vessel Liaki Freedom are incorrect. The Ministry said it has spoken to the Master of the vessel Liaki Freedom, which has confirmed that all crew members are safe.

The Fact Check Unit of MEA has urged people to stay alert against such false and baseless claims and posts on social media.
