In Manipur, Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh has appealed to all communities in the State to set aside their differences and engage in dialogue for lasting peace. Addressing a Jan Kalyan Shivir Camp in Imphal West district today, he urged people to extend full cooperation to the Government’s efforts to restore and maintain peace.
The Chief Minister said the camp was organised to ensure effective doorstep delivery of various government welfare schemes and services. Praising PM Modi’s visionary leadership, he said the initiative is part of the broader vision of Viksit Bharat-Viksit Manipur 2047 and highlighted several developmental projects undertaken in the State.
During the programme, the Chief Minister handed over educational allowances to two children and visited departmental stalls showcasing welfare schemes.
Meanwhile, three-day Jan Kalyan Shivir Camps organised by district administrations across Manipur concluded today, benefiting eligible citizens through various government schemes.
