In Maharashtra, International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm across the Vidarbha region today, with people of all age groups participating in yoga sessions and wellness programmes.
In Nagpur, a large-scale event was organised at Yashwant Stadium, drawing participation from various organisations, including the NCC, CRPF, Regional Police Training Centre and Brahma Kumaris. Special yoga sessions were also held at NDRF campuses, while a major workplace yoga programme was conducted at a manufacturing unit in the city. Similar celebrations were held across Akola, Washim, Gondia, Yavatmal, and Chandrapur districts.
