A cabinet reshuffle has taken place in Madhya Pradesh. The Animal Husbandry department has been taken away from State Minister (Independent Charge) Lakhan Patel. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will now hold this department himself. With this change, Lakhan Patel now remains the minister of only the Anand department.

 

The General Administration Department has issued an official notification in this regard. According to sources, Minister Lakhan Patel was called to the Chief Minister’s residence this morning, where he was informed about the change.

 

Lakhan Patel is a Member of the Legislative Assembly from Patharia constituency. When the government was formed in 2023, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav had given him the charge of State Minister (Independent Charge) for the Animal Husbandry and Dairy department.
