Madhya Pradesh: Election campaigning for Datia Assembly by-election enters its final phase

Election campaigning for the Datia Assembly by-election in Madhya Pradesh has entered its final phase. The BJP has fielded Ashutosh Tiwari. The Congress has nominated Ghanshyam Singh. The Azad Samaj Party has fielded Damodar Singh Yadav. All three candidates are reaching out to voters through door-to-door campaigns and public meetings.
 
As part of the campaign, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will visit Datia today. He will address public meetings in Udgawan and Uparayan villages. He will also attend a meeting with intellectuals, meet party workers and address a traders’ conference.
 
Earlier on Friday Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia addressed public meetings in several rural areas of Datia in support of the BJP candidate. He highlighted the achievements of the Central and State governments. He also appealed to voters to support the BJP.
 
Voting for the Datia Assembly seat will be held on July 30, and the results will be announced on 3rd August.
