In Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan hoisted the national flag and took the salute at the state-level Independence Day function held at the Lal Parade Ground in Bhopal.
 
In his address, the Chief Minister said with a pledge of service and good governance, the government is running a campaign for rejuvenation of Madhya Pradesh. He said “Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana” will be made for those whose names are not in Awas Plus.
 
Meanwhile, the State Police Headquarters has announced the Rustom Award for the year 2020-21 to 55 police officers and employees. The awards will be given on January 26, 2024.
