Ladakh administration begins Sub-Inspector Recruitment under strict guidelines

 
The Ladakh Police Department has commenced the Sub-Inspector Recruitment Rally in Kargil, witnessing an overwhelming response from aspiring candidates across the Union Territory of Ladakh.
 
More than 7,000 candidates have registered for 40 Sub-Inspector posts, reflecting the strong interest among the youth of Ladakh in joining the police service.
 
The recruitment process is being conducted under strict guidelines to ensure fairness, transparency and equal opportunity to all eligible candidates. The department has made comprehensive arrangements for the smooth conduct of the rally, including the deployment of advanced technology during the Physical Efficiency Test to ensure accurate and transparent assessment of candidates.
Speaking to the media, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Ladakh, Dr. Khoshal, said that the recruitment drive is aimed at providing employment opportunities to the youth of Ladakh. He said, all necessary preparations had been completed well in advance and modern technological systems have been introduced this year to make the physical testing process more efficient, fair and transparent.
 
Responding to queries regarding transparency in the recruitment process and the pending promotions of Sub-Inspectors, Dr. Khoshal assured that the recruitment is being conducted in a completely transparent manner. He further informed that the promotion process is currently under consideration and that the results of the Sub-Inspector recruitment will be declared soon.
 
The recruitment drive underscores the Ladakh Police Department’s commitment to a transparent and merit-based selection process while providing greater employment opportunities to the youth of the Union Territory.
