In Jammu and Kashmir, elaborate security and administrative arrangements have been put in place across Jammu district for the NEET-UG re-examination scheduled this afternoon. Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that 27 examination centres have been established across the district and all preparations are being carried out in accordance with the National Testing Agency’s standard operating procedures.

Adequate police deployment, security checks, student frisking, traffic management and route diversions have been arranged. Special teams will be deployed at every centre to ensure smooth entry and exit of candidates and a hassle-free conduct of the examination.
