In Jammu and Kashmir, thousands of Yoga enthusiasts today participated in the 12th International Yoga Day celebrations across all 10 districts of Kashmir Valley. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha led the celebrations at the main venue at SK International Convention Centre, located on the banks of the iconic Dal Lake in Srinagar.
Multiple Yoga sessions were also held at all district headquarters, health centres, schools, colleges and other institutions throughout the Union Territory, where thousands of participants performed various Asanas in line with this year’s theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing”.
