Indian Embassy in Bucharest confirms all three Indians aboard MV ROYAD MAMMADOV are safe

The Indian Embassy in Bucharest has informed that all three Indian nationals aboard the commercial vessel MV ROYAD MAMMADOV are safe. The vessel came under attack in the Black Sea, leading to the reported deaths of two foreign nationals. In a series of posts, the Embassy said that it has spoken to the Indian nationals. It further said that one of them has been injured and is receiving medical attention. The Embassy said it is extending all possible support for the welfare and well-being of the Indian crew members and is in close touch with the hospital authorities.
 
Furthermore, Indian Ambassador to Romania Manoj Mohapatra spoke to three Indian nationals receiving treatment at Constanța County Hospital. The Ambassador assured them of all possible assistance and support.
