The Indian Embassy in Bahrain celebrated India’s 78th Independence Day today. The Indian community members gathered at the embassy premises for the flag-hoisting ceremony, presided over by Ambassador Vinod K. Jacob.

Ambassador Jacob hoisted the National flag and read out President President Droupadi Murmu’s address on the eve of Independence Day.

The event underscored the vibrant Indian community in Bahrain and the strong diplomatic ties between the two nations as India celebrates 78 years of independence.
