The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued red color warning for heavy to very heavy rainfall with isolated extremely heavy rainfall over East Madhya Pradesh tomorrow. According to IMD, heavy to very heavy rainfall will prevail over Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Vidarbha and West Uttar Pradesh tomorrow. Several places over Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chandigarh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, East Uttar Pradesh and West Madhya Pradesh are expected to witness heavy rainfall during the next two days. The Met Department has also predicted thunderstorms, accompanied with lightning and gusty winds over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Interior Karnataka tomorrow.

Meanwhile, many places in Delhi witnessed light to moderate rainfall during the day. The IMD has forecast light to very light rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning over the national capital tomorrow.
