India Meteorological Department, IMD has said that heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected to continue in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Sikkim, North Odisha during the next three days. It said, North-Eastern part of the country also expected to receive heavy to very heavy rainfall during the next four days. IMD said, Churk in Sonbhadra district received the highest 16 centimetres of rainfall.
Today, the Southwest Monsoon has withdrawn from some more parts of Uttarakhand, West Uttar Pradesh and West Madhya Pradesh, remaining parts of Rajasthan, and some parts of Gujarat.
