In Keralam, rain is likely to intensify across northern districts, with the weather department issuing a yellow alert for six districts.

A yellow alert indicating isolated heavy rainfall is in effect for Ernakulam, Thrissur, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Kannur, and Kasaragod districts. Wayanad and Kottayam districts, which were under Yellow Alert last night, are not under rain warning today.

According to the India Meteorological Department, isolated heavy rain will continue over northern parts of the state until Friday. Yellow Alert has been issued for six districts for tomorrow also.
