The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red colour warning for heavy to very heavy rainfall with isolated extremely heavy rainfall at some places in Uttarakhand tomorrow.
The IMD forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh and West Uttar Pradesh tomorrow. According to the weather agency, East Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Madhya Pradesh are expected to witness heavy rainfall tomorrow.
The IMD said thunderstorm accompanied with lightning and gusty winds are very likely at isolated places over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Andhra Pradesh, East Rajasthan, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha and Telangana tomorrow.
In the national capital, a light spell of evening rain brought a welcome drop in temperatures, making weather pleasant. The IMD expected cloudy skies over Delhi tomorrow, with maximum temperatures hovering between 30 degree celsius to 32 degree celsius and minimum temperature between 21 degree celsius to 23 degree celsius.
