The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red-colour warning for very heavy rainfall with isolated extremely heavy rainfall over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and Uttarakhand tomorrow. Heavy rainfall is also expected over Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Kerala, Mahe, Odisha and parts of Northeast India during the next two days.

 

IMD also forecast thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds over Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Rayalaseema, Telangana, East Rajasthan and Andaman & Nicobar Islands tomorrow. For Delhi, IMD has forecast a generally cloudy sky tomorrow. According to the weather agency, the maximum temperature will be around 35 to 27 degrees Celsius in the national capital, while the minimum temperature will hover around 28 to 30 degree Celsius tomorrow.
