India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert for heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places of Odisha. The Met department predicted heavy rainfall over Bihar, Chhattisgarh, East Madhya Pradesh, Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand and North-Eastern states tomorrow. 

 

The department also forecasted thunderstorms accompanied with lightning likely to hit isolated places of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu Puducherry & Karaikal and Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh. 

 

Meanwhile, parts of Delhi received very light to light rain today. IMD has said that the national capital will witness partly cloudy sky tomorrow.
