India Meteorological Department has issued an orange colour warning for heavy to very heavy rainfall over Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Sub Himalayan West Bengaland Sikkim for today. Heavy rainfall is also expected tomorrow over Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh,Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.

Similar Weather Conditions are also expected to prevail over Andaman and Nicobar Islands,Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram Chhattisgarh, Coastal Karnataka, Jharkhand,Kerala, Mahe, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra for the next two days. The Weather Department has also forecast thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Kerala,Mahe, Lakshadweep, North Interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikaland Andaman and Nicobar Islands till tomorrow. Light to moderate showers are also expected today in parts of the National Capital.
