The IMD has forecast heavy to very heavt rainfall in West coast and adjacent central India along with Extremely heavy rainfall in Konkan Maharashtra till Tuesday. Very heavy rainfall is also forecast in Nagaland, Odisha and Chhattisgarh for tomorrow. The IMD has forecast extremely heavy rainfall in Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka tomorrow and Monday. Telangana, Marathwada and Vidarbha are likely to witness very heavy rainfall on Monday.

Meanwhile, in Gujarat, heavy rains lashed various parts of South Gujarat, especially Navsari and Valsad district today.
