The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy to very heavy Rainfall over Andaman and Nicobar Islands today. The weather agency predicted heavy rainfall over East Rajasthan, Odisha, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, South Interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala and Mahe. According to IMD thunderstorm accompanied with lightning may prevail over Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, North Interior Karnataka and Lakshadweep today.
