The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall over Chhattisgarh, East Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand till tomorrow. The Met Department has predicted heavy rainfall over Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, Manipur, Odisha for the next two days. According to the IMD, thunderstorm accompanied with lightning and gusty winds may prevail over Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal till tomorrow. Meanwhile, parts of Delhi NCR witnessed light to moderate rainfall today. The weather agency has forecast a generally cloudy sky with a spell of very light rainfall at a few places in the National Capital tomorrow.
