A delegation from FUJIFILM India, led by Managing Director, FUJIFILM India, Koji Wada, today called on Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare J.P. Nadda in New Delhi. During the interaction, Mr Nadda appreciated FUJIFILM India for dedicating its first serial-numbered ‘Made in India’, Endoscopy System to the nation through AIIMS, New Delhi.

The delegation highlighted the growing role of advanced medical technologies, including flexible endoscopy and minimally invasive treatment, while supporting improved patient outcomes and shorter recovery periods. The potential of such technologies in the diagnosis and management of complex conditions, including pancreatic cancer, was also discussed. The interaction underscored the shared commitment towards strengthening India’s healthcare ecosystem through innovation, advanced medical technology and indigenous manufacturing, in line with the vision of Make In India.
