To mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, a ‘Yuva Namo Marathon’ against drug abuse was organised in Ambala today. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini flagged off the marathon and urged the youth to unite against the menace of drugs.

Addressing the youth, the Chief Minister extended birthday greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and wished him a long life. Mr Saini stated that the Prime Minister has always placed unwavering faith in the youth, and that the energy, talent, and innovation of India’s youth form the strongest foundation for building a ‘Viksit Bharat’ (Developed India).

Addressing the issue of drug abuse, the Chief Minister noted that the Haryana government has established a robust system across four key areas-enforcement, awareness, treatment, and rehabilitation-to make the state completely drug-free.
