In Gujarat, political campaigning has gained momentum. Senior BJP leader and BJP’s National Chief, JP Nadda, is actively campaigning in the state today. Addressing a rally in Dahod, Mr. Nadda reaffirmed the BJP government’s commitment to the empowerment of tribals in the country. He highlighted various initiatives focusing on education, health, employment, and economic development of the BJP government aimed at bringing marginalized tribal communities into the mainstream of development. He also expressed confidence that once in power for a third term, India would rank among the top three economies in the world within two years. He also highlighted the unprecedented infrastructure development in terms of road and rail networks across the country.

Meanwhile, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge is also visiting the state today. Mr. Kharge is scheduled to campaign in Rajkot in support of the party’s candidate, Paresh Dhanani.
