To promote a digital and transparent system in the country, an Artificial Intelligence -based automated driving test track was inaugurated at the Bhuj RTO in Gujarat. With this change, both RTO tracks in the Kutch district have now become entirely unmanned and AI-driven.

The strictness of this modern technology was witnessed on the very first day, where all four of the four-wheeler drivers who arrived to take the test failed, while three of the two-wheeler drivers passed. Under the new system, it has now been made mandatory for applicants to register their vehicle number, watch a 10-minute training video, get their photo scanned, and install an RFID sensor on the vehicle before the test. This will eliminate human intervention and bring transparency to the entire process.
