The total gross Goods and Services Tax (GST) collections grew 14.7 per cent to over two lakh three thousand crore rupees in September this year as compared to the same month last year.
The total gross GST revenue in September, 2025 was over one lakh 77 thousand crore rupees.
The Central GST collection in September this year stood at 37 thousand 772 crore rupees and State GST is at 45 thousand 363 crore rupees. The Integrated IGST collection amounts to over one lakh 20 thousand crore rupees.
The Gross GST revenue from domestic activities increased to over ten per cent to around one lakh 38 thousand crore rupees during the month, while collections from imports rose to around 26 per cent to 65 thousand 525 crore rupees.
