A 12-member delegation of the Bharatiya Postal Employees Federation, affiliated with the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, today called on the Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Dr Jitendra Singh, to discuss their service matters.
In a social media post, Dr Singh informed that the delegation comprised representatives of postal employees from Bihar, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and several other states.
He said that the members of the delegation appreciated the government’s sustained emphasis on administrative reforms and acknowledged that several long-pending service-related cases and employee grievances, which had remained unresolved for decades, have received focused attention in recent years.
The Minister assured the delegation that the Department of Personnel and Training is committed to engaging with employee organisations through regular dialogue and constructive consultations.
