The Government is committed to engaging with employee organisations through regular dialogue and constructive consultations. Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Dr Jitendra Singh said this while interacting with a 12-member delegation of the Bharatiya Postal Employees Federation, affiliated with the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, in New Delhi.
During the session, Dr Singh said that several legacy service-related grievances pending for nearly three decades have been resolved through transparent and employee-centric governance. He added that responsive governance, timely decision-making, and sustained administrative reforms have transformed grievance redressal into a key pillar of public administration.
The delegation appreciated the Government’s emphasis on administrative reforms and said that improvements in grievance redressal mechanisms have significantly strengthened employees’ confidence in the system. The representatives also thanked Dr Singh for maintaining an open and consultative approach with employee organisations and expressed confidence that the Government would continue to address legitimate service-related concerns while further strengthening employee welfare, administrative efficiency, and good governance across the country.
