In Tamil Nadu, Former State BJP Chief K.Annamalai has resigned from the Party. The 42-year-old former IPS officer from Karnataka joined the BJP and became the State President in 2020. A native of Karur, Annamalai rose to prominence in the State BJP and became its President, which caught the attention of the youngsters in the Party. He also underwent a course in political studies at Oxford University.
