The first batch of pilgrims for the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra has reached the Bhagwati Nagar base camp in Jammu and is all set to begin the annual pilgrimage tomorrow. Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that all the necessary arrangements, including enhanced security and accommodation for pilgrims, have been put in place.

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Chairman of the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board, will flag off the first convoy at four tomorrow morning. The 57-day Yatra will commence on July 3 through the Nunwan-Pahalgam and Baltal routes under tight security.
