In Sikkim, the fifth batch of the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra via the Nathu La route returned safely to Gangtok after successfully completing the sacred pilgrimage to Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar.

To mark the successful completion of the pilgrimage, the Sikkim Tourism Development Corporation Limited organised a felicitation programme in Gangtok today. The yatris shared their spiritual experiences and expressed immense satisfaction on completing the sacred pilgrimage.

A total of 10 batches are scheduled to undertake the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra through the Nathu La route this year.
