External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has extended greetings to Foreign Minister Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner, the Government and the people of Congo on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day. In a social media post, Dr Jaishankar said that India looks forward to deepening its bilateral ties and development partnership between two nations.
