External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar has extended felicitations to the Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, the Government and people of Turkmenistan on the 35th anniversary of their Independence. In a social media post, Dr Jaishankar said that he looks forward to strengthening the relationship between India and Turkmenistan.
