External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar today bid farewell to outgoing Ambassador of the European Union to India Hervé Delphin.

In a social media post, the Minister appreciated the outgoing Ambassador’s contributions towards concluding the India-EU FTA and further strengthening the Strategic Partnership. He wished him the best for his future endeavours.
