Dr. Dhal Singh Bisen today took oath as the new Governor of Uttarakhand at Lok Bhawan in Dehradun. The Chief Justice of the Uttarakhand High Court administered the oath of office and secrecy to him. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and several dignitaries were present at the ceremony.
