The Department of Posts, Delhi Circle will hold a Monthly Dak Adalat on 18th next month at Meghdoot Bhawan, New Delhi for the settlement of grievances related to Postal Services. The idea of the Dak Adalat is to provide a personal hearing and facilitate the on-the-spot settlement of public grievances/problems.

The Ministry of Communication in statement said that Dak Adalat will provide an opportunity to hear each complainant individually and settle the grievances/problems of the public.

The Ministry underscored that informed that the Dak Adalat will address only for pending complaints which were raised in the Divisional Level Dak Adalat and are awaited for a resolution. The Ministry also marked 2nd September as the last date to send complaints to Delhi Circle, New Delhi-110001. Complaints received post the due date won’t be entertained by the Lok Adalat.
