Two Bangladeshi nationals illegally staying in the national capital were apprehended by Delhi Police. During verification of their identity, it was revealed that both the individuals had entered India last month without valid visas and were staying in India without valid authorisation, the Delhi Police said in a statement.

The statement further stated that after due verification and completion of requisite formalities, both were produced before the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) for further proceedings. Subsequently, they were deposited at the Bangladeshi Detention Centre, Sarai Rohilla in Delhi, for further action in accordance with law and prescribed procedure.
