Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has paid tribute to Rajarshi Purushottam Das Tandon on his birth anniversary today. In a social media post Mr Singh said, Rajarshi Purushottam Das Tandon played a pioneering role in various movements of the Indian freedom struggle. The Defence Minister added that through the spirited writings, Rajarshi Purushottam Das Tandon performed the vital task of awakening society and instilling national consciousness. He emphasized that the unwavering devotion Rajarshi Purushottam Das Tandon to the Hindi language remain unforgettable. Mr Singh said his dedication to national service will forever serve as an eternal source of inspiration for generations to come.
