Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended greetings to everyone on the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti today. On this occasion, Mr Modi also extended his greetings to artisans and skilled workers across the country engaged in construction and other related activities. He said that their skills and hard work are crucial to realising the vision of a developed and self-reliant India.

 

The Prime Minister said the government is fully committed to providing all possible encouragement to their efforts towards nation-building.

 

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Union Home Minister Amit Shah also extended greetings on the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti today. In a social media post, Mr Rajnath Singh expressed his appreciation for the artisans, workers and craftsmen across the country. He said their skills, hard work and creativity are contributing to the progress of a self-reliant and developed India.

 

Mr Shah said that the artisans’, craftsmen’s and labourers skills and hard work are laying the foundation of a developed India.
