Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has extended greetings to the workers across the country on World Labour Day. In a social media post, Mr Singh highlighted the hard work, dedication, unwavering resolve, and invaluable contributions of the karmayogi in strengthening the nation’s path towards becoming a self-reliant and developed nation. The Defence Minister also emphasised that the government remains committed to safeguarding the interests of workers and empowering them. He noted that the implementation of four comprehensive labour codes has ensured better wages, enhanced protection, social security, and improved welfare for the workforce.
