Defence Minister Rajnath Singh today held a meeting with US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth on the sidelines of the 13th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM)-Plus in the Philippines. In a social media post, Mr Singh said that they had reviewed the progress of the 10-year India-US Defence Framework, driving strategic convergence across military technology, information sharing, and co-production. He said that a robust partnership of both nations continues to be a cornerstone for a free, open, and secure Indo-Pacific.

The Defence Minister also met his Australian counterpart and Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles on the sidelines of the 13th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM)-Plus in the Philippines.
