At the China Masters badminton, Indian men’s doubles pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty entered their fourth-straight China Masters semifinal after beating Denmark’s Kim Astrup and Anders Skaarup Rasmussen 21-13, 16-21, 21-18 in Shenzhen this evening.
The Indian pair defeated France’s Toma Junior Popov and Christo Popov 21-17, 22-24, 21-9, last night, to make it to the quarterfinal.
In men’s singles Kidambi Srikanth’s campaign at the China Masters, ended after losing 16-21, 16-21 to Lee Cheuk Yiu of Hong Kong in the quarterfinals in Shenzhen today.
Earlier, India’s women’s singles campaign came to an end yesterday after Tanvi Sharma lost 21-17, 18-21, 21-16 against Japan’s Tomoka Miyazaki.
