The campaigning for the by-elections for the nine assembly seats of Uttar Pradesh ended this evening. Voting for these seats will be held on the 20th of November. Counting will be held on the 23rd of November. On the last day of campaigning, senior leaders of political parties held public meetings and road shows to appeal to the public to vote for their candidates.

By-elections are being held for nine seats in the state, including Mirapur, Kundarki, Karahal, Katehri, Sisamau, Ghaziabad, Khair, Majhwan and Phulpur.
